O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case on the basis of the complaint dated 09.05.2013.

2. The petitioner has lodged a complaint as against one Vijayakumar and her brother Kaliyamurthy on the allegation of land grabbing. The said complaint was given on 09.05.2013, but till date no action was taken. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and the complaint of the petitioner was closed on 10.11.2013. He has also produced the closure report before this Court. A copy of the closure report was also served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Since the complaint of the petitioner was enquired into and the same was closed, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives in this petition. Hence, the criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Crl.M.P.No.579 of 2016 is closed.
