ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 4th respondent/Tahsildar to issue patta in the name of the petitioners and cancel the patta issued in favour of the respondents 6 and 8.
2. According to the petitioners, since the 4th respondent/Tahsildar issued patta in favour of the respondents 6 and 8 without giving notice to the petitioners, the petitioners have approached the 4th respondent to restore the same. Based on that application, the 4th respondent also conducted enquiry on 02.07.2021 and thereafter, no order has been passed. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 5.
4. Considering the fact that enquiry was over only on 02.07.2021, the 4th respondent/Tahsildar is not expected to pass orders immediately and also the fact that on the date of enquiry, respondents 6 and 8 were not appeared, the 4th respondent/Tahsildar, is directed to proceed with the enquriy and pass suitable orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving opportunity to the petitioners as well as the respondents 6 and 8, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
