The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.02.2022 seeking to issue compensation equally with co-owner of property owner within the time prescribed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader who takes notice on behalf of the official respondents. Since this Court is not inclined to pass any adverse order as against the private respondents, notice to the private respondents is dispensed with. 3.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner's grandmother settled the property owned by her in S.No.236/2, Mugaiyur Village, Cheyyur Taluk, Chengalpattu District, in favour of her four grandsons including the petitioner and they jointly maintain the property. Whileso, a part of the property was acquired for Mamallapuram - Puthucherry National Highway Road and compensation amount was given to one person.
