ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to issue joint patta (Grama Natham) in the name of the petitioners in respect of the property Page No.1 of 5

morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioners' representation, dated 14.03.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioners have filed supporting documents along with this writ petition in support of their representation for issuance of joint patta (Grama Natham) in respect of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the same.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondent, if the petitioners' representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioners and after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners and any other party, whom the respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioners' representation.

For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioners' representation, dated 14.03.2025 seeking issuance of joint patta in the name of the petitioners for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioners and after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other third party, whom the respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
