The present petition has been filed to call for records of the 1st respondent in F.I.R. in Crime No.98 of 2015 dated 12.08.2015 and quash the same.

2. Based on the complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent/Rajkumar, a case was registered against the petitioner for the alleged offence under sections 120-B, 406, 409, 418, 420, 465, 468, 471 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.98 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2015 on the file of the respondent. Now, the present petition has been filed to quash the FIR.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation is still in progress.

5. Considering that the investigation is still in progress, this Court is of the opinion that the present petition is premature in nature to quash the F.I.R. Therefore, this petition cannot be entertained. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is dismissed.
