Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.VIVEKANANTHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.VINOTH KUMAR,Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to suspend the sentence passed in judgment in S.C.No.282 of 2017, dated 21.04.2022, by the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethi Mandaram (Fast Track Mahila Court) at Villupuram and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the Criminal Appeal.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition.
