2. In pursuant to the sale deed said to have been executed in favour of the petitioner, dated 21.7.1975 a representation was given on 28.5.2015 seeking issuance of patta. On its non-consideration, the present writ petition has been filed.

3 Considering the pendency of the representation, dated 28.5.2015, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent No.2 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the said representation, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
