Though notice has been served on the respective respondents and the respective respondents are entered appearance, no counter has been filed on behalf of the respondents.
2.The petitioner is aged about 84 years on the date of filing of the writ petition. The petitioner has sent a representation dated 04.01.2018 to the respondents to grant loan under the Prime Minister Mudra Loan Yojana Scheme which was acknowledged by the 1st respondent on 12.02.2018.
3.By a communication dated 05.07.2018, the petitioner's representation has been forwarded to the Nodal Officer of State Bank of India, Tindivanam. Thereafter, the petitioner has sent representation to the respondents and the same has not evoked any response. 4.Considering the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application for Prime Minister Mudra Loan Yojana 2/4
