The petitioners seek for a mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of his revision petition dated 23.12.2016.

2. It seems in respect of fishing rights in the subject matter tank, the petitioners filed a revision before the respondent as early as on 23.12.2016 and the said revision is still pending.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that an enquiry is also over before the first respondent and only a final order has to be passed.

4. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioners, as it is for the respondent to consider and pass final orders on its own merits and in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accordance with law. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the respondent to pass final orders on the revision petition dated 23.12.2016 on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
