Respondents Prayer: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings dated 18.9.2012 Ref.No.101/Collr./KKL/Dev./2012-13 issued by the 1st respondent and the consequential proceedings dated 1.10.2012 Ref.No.610/GR/2012 issued by the 1st respondent and 18.10.2012 Ref.No.101/Collr./KKL/Dev./2012-13 issued by the 1st respondent and No.11560/DCK/A3/2012 dated 18.10.2012 issued by the 1st respondent imposing ban under section 144 of the Criminal Procedure Code seeking to prevent the petitioner organization from utilizing their property as office premises for their office purposes and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner organization to use their premises and grant protection to the petitioner for peaceful occupation and enjoyment of their property and pass orders to enable the petitioner for freely utilizing its own property.

Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned.
2. The petitioner challenges the impugned proceedings of the 1st respondent, dated 18.9.2012, issued under section 144 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
3. At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had submitted that the impugned proceedings, issued by the 1st respondent, was in effect from 18.9.2012 to 17.11.2012 only. As such, the present Writ Petition has become infructuous.
4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, the Writ Petition stands dismissed, as infructuous. No costs. M.P.Nos.1 to 3 of 2012 are closed.
