JUDGMENT
(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Record of proceedings shows that on 12.11.2013, Registry was directed to verify and print the name of the counsel, who has filed the appeal, in the cause list, if no change of Vakalat is filed by M/s.V.Raghavachari, V.Rimathi and V.Lakshmi Narayanan, as on that date. Subsequently, on 14.11.2013, further orders have been passed to remove the names of the abovesaid counsel. 2.
Material on record discloses that Registry has sent notices, to the appellants, viz., (1) M/s.Meena Granites Industries, Rep., by its Proprietor, Mr.K.Ramesh; (2) Mr.A.Balamani, Rep., by Power Agent, Mr.K.Ramesh; and (3) Mrs.Sudha, Rep., by Power Agent, Mr.K.Ramesh. Though the names of the appellants are shown in today's cause list, there is no appearance, on their behalf.

Hence, we are constrained to dismiss the writ appeal for default. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
