AS.839/2020 Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.GOVI GANESAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.

SARAVANAN, Advocate for the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- The suit is filed for specific performance and the first defendant is the appellant before this Court. The suit have been decreed and this Court, by an order dated 15.04.2021 had granted interim stay till 05.07.2021. The respondents have also been served notice and the first respondent has entered appearance through counsel. Interim stay already granted by this Court is made absolute.

Post the matter 04.10.2021 "for arguments".
