This petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to register the FIR on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 16.03.2020.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, it was treated as C.P.No.G3/834 of 2020 and enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 07.09.2020.
3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
