ORDER

This case is taken up through video conferencing. 2.

The petitioners were granted interim bail on 12.06.2020 and the same was made absolute on 21.08.2020, imposing certain conditions. One such condition is that the petitioners/appellants should surrender before the Principal Sessions Court, Salem, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties, of whom, one should be a blood relative, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Principal Sessions Court, Salem.

3. This petition has now been filed seeking extension of time to surrender before the trial Court.

4. Heard Mr.J.Ranjith Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.P.Kritika Kamal, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for respondents 1 and 2.

5. Accepting the reasons given in the petition, this petition is ordered and time is granted till 01.10.2020, to comply with the order dated 21.08.2020, passed in Crl.A.No.227 of 2020.
