CMP Nos.10440, 10441 and 10443 of 2021 have been filed by the petitioners i) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 2nd respondent; ii)to condone the delay of 1430 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 2nd respondent and iii) to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent as respondents 6 to 8 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard Mr.R. Selvakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Mr.Krishnakumar, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the proposed respondents in these CMPs.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and this Court being satisfied with the same, these CMPs are allowed as prayed for.
