ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the bail condition "that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Salem everyday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter to appear on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders", imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.30541 of 2024 dated 09.12.2024.
2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.
3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioner is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Salem as and when required.
