ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to set aside order and decretal order dated 02.03.2026 made in E.P.No.724 of 2026 in O.S.No.5737 of

2009 by the X Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai. 2.Challenging the findings of the Court below, the Defendants therein have preferred an Appeal in A.S.No.269 of 2025 and the same is pending before the XVIII Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai. 3.The Suit is of the year 2009. As on the date, the Appeal is pending before the XVIII Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the suit is of the year 2009, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the case. Accordingly, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the case within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till then, the Execution Proceedings shall not be proceeded. 5.With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
