ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 27.01.2015 on file and take appropriate action.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, petition enquiry was conducted and closed on 05.02.2015 by the respondent Police.

4. Under such circumstances, the Police is directed to send a copy of the closure report to the petitioner, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
