PRABAKAR ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner to amend the order passed by this court in Paragraph No.4 of the order in Crl.O.P.No.24020 of 2018 dated 16.07.2020 by issuing direction to file a final report to the second respondent instead of first respondent.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the order dated 16.07.2020 passed in Crl.O.P. No.24020 of 2018 and issue fresh order copy.

4. Time granted by this Court in the Order passed in Crl.O.P.
