ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd Respondent herein to not to harass the petitioner herein. 1/4

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, based on the complaint given by one Stephen, petitioner is unnecessarily harassed by the respondent police. Therefore, this petition.

3. In response, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, based on the complaint given by one Stephen, FIR in Crime No.115 of 2023 was registered as against the petitioner. Thereafter, petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on 24.05.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.2255 of 2023 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.III, Salem. Therefore, petitioner is now not required for enquiry.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that petitioner was granted anticipatory bail and therefore the petitioner is not required for any enquiry, this Court is of the view that there is no need to pass any orders in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed.
