ORDER
The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to dispose of her representation dated 28.04.2017, in accordance with law within a time frame.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 28.04.2017, the second respondent has not considered the same yet.
3. Mr..D.Selvam, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the first respondent. Mr.P.V.Selvakumar learned Standing Counsel taking notice for the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that the second respondent may be directed to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation, in accordance with law.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.04.2017 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
