2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel for the fourth respondent and perused the materials available on record.
3. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first and second respondents submitted that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.109 of 2022, on the file of the second respondent. After completion of investigation, the second respondent filed a final report and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.7742 of 2023, on the file of the Special Court for CCB and CBCID cases, Chennai. The petitioner has five previous cases of similar in nature.
4. In view of the above submissions, the direction sought for in this petition cannot be granted and the writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed.
