This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police twice in a month i.e., on the first and third week of every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2135 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.690 of 2025 dated 10.02.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the final report is yet to be filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.690 of 2025 dated 09.01.2025 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.2135 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.690 of 2025 dated 10.02.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, once a month, i.e., on first Tuesday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
