J.NISHA BANU, J., and N.MALA,J., Today, the matter is listed under the caption 'for reporting compliance'. This Writ Petition was disposed of on 13.06.2023 directing the respondent Corporation to initiate action against unauthorized construction made by the 4th respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2.Accordingly, action has been taken and a status report dated 10.08.2023 has been produced before this Court by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation, wherein it has been stated as follows:- "5.This respondent further submits that since there was no further response for earlier notice dated 06.06.2023 pursuant to the order passed by this hon'ble court this respondent has issued to the owner and occupier notice on 28.07.2023 to discontinue the use of building so as to demolish the structure under Section 56 & 57 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) regarding the unPage No.1 of 3

authorized commercial building put up by the 4th respondent. I further submit that since said notices were not challenged this respondent on 10.08.2023 visited the site with police protection removed all commercial superstructures and demolished all the commercial superstructure which was existing at No.9/16, Pillayar Kovil Street, Kovilpathagai Village, Avadi Taluk, Thiruvallur District as evidence I have enclosed photographs which will clearly shows that all unauthorized has been removed." 3.The learned Standing Counsel would also submit that the orders passed by this Court on 13.06.2023 has been complied with. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also not disputed the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel. 5.Since it is reported compliance and a status report dated 10.08.2023 has also been filed before this Court, no further order is required in this Writ Petition.
