Civil Revision Petitions filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 28.04.2021 passed in RLTOP Sr.Nos.2535 and 2657of 2021 on the file of the learned XII Judge, Small Causes, Chennai respectively.
For Petitioner : Mr.S.J.Jagadev For Respondent : Mr.P.Chandrasekar C O M M O N O R D E R Since the issue involved in both the petitions are one and the same, they are taken up together and a common order is being passed.
2. The Civil Revision Petitions have been filed to set aside the fair and 1/5
decreetal order dated 28.04.2021 passed in RLTOP Sr.Nos.2535 and 2657of 2021 on the file of the learned XII Judge, Small Causes, Chennai respectively.
3. When the petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent / tenant submitted that matter has been settled and the possession has also been handed over to the petitioner / landlord. The learned counsel for the respondent also submits that the respondent / landlord is in possession of the property and the matter has been settled.
4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side stating that the matter has been settled and the possession has been handed over to the petitioner / landlord and taking note of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter has been settled, this Court is of the view that since the matter has been settled, nothing survives for adjudication.
In view of the above, the present Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
