2/5 PRAYER Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation dated 02.04.2025 of the petitioner and carry out the measurement of the property comprised in S. No 38/3B4, measuring 0.17 cents and 38/3B4, after sub division in S. No 38/8 measuring 0.16 1/3 cents all totalling to an extent of 0.33 1/3 cents (14534 sq.ft) Mettupalayam Village, Thiruthuraipandi Village, in Patta No 40, issued in favour of the petitioner and fix up the boundary stone with the police protection to be provided by the 4th respondent with a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 02.04.2025, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for the survey of the subject property and for demarcation of boundaries.

3/5 2.Heard Mr.B.Gopalakrishnan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr.R.P.Muruganraja, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.V.J.Priyadarsana, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing on behalf of the 4 th respondent.

3.In the considered view of this Court, the petitioner has to make an online application before the 2 nd respondent by paying the necessary charges by furnishing all the particulars. On receipt of the same, the 2 nd respondent shall act upon the same and complete the proceedings, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the online application from the petitioner based on the title document and the revenue records relied upon by the petitioner. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
