O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the online rejection order passed by the second respondent dated 29.10.2024 and for a consequential direction to the second respondent to issue patta in the name of the petitioner with respect to the subject property.

2. Heard Mr.T.V.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3. The online rejection order dated 29.10.2024 has been issued without assigning any reason. On that ground alone, the online rejection order dated 29.10.2024 is liable to be interfered with by this Court. In view of the above, the online rejection order dated 29.10.2024 issued by the second respondent is hereby quashed and the matter is remitted back to the file of the second respondent and the second respondent is directed to provide an opportunity to the petitioner and seek for clarification and thereafter, pass a reasoned order within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
