Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records on the file of the second respondent in connection with the order passed by him in his Proc.Na.Ka.No.286/2013/A3 dated Nil, February 2013 and quash the same.

1. Heard Mr.B.Singgaravelan, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.B.Anand, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 and Mr.B.Nedunchezian, the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of the second respondent in and by which the cheque signing power of the petitioner was taken away.

3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that at relevant point of time, the petitioner was functioning as a Vice President and his tenure got expired in the year 2015.

4. In the light of the above fact, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
