Respondents Prayer: Review Application filed under Order 47 Rule I r/w Section 114 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking review of the order dated 21.11.2022 in W.P.No.30160 of 2022.

ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.K.M.Venugopal, learned counsel for the review applicants and Mr.K.Balasubramanian, learned counsel for respondents 4 to 6.

2. Learned counsel for the review applicants submits that the review applicants are prosecuting the present review application only to the extent of costs.

3. Upon perusal of the order passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court, it is abundantly clear that the review applicants were aware of the various orders passed and the learned counsel for the review applicants, before the Central Administrative Tribunal, also accepted about the similar orders passed in other matters and still, the order of the Tribunal was challenged before this Court. The Court was justified in imposing cost of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only).

4. In the light of that, no cause for review is made out. The review application, accordingly, stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
