By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to measure and demarcate the pathway as per the directions of the respondents 1 and 2. 3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation on 02.05.2018 to the respondents 1 and 2, claiming the same relief as prayed in this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Inspite of several letters from the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action, the 3rd respondent is yet to dispose of the representation of the petitioner. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.05.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six
