ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act, 2985 in Crime No.682 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution as per the defacto complainant is that while the respondent police was on patrol duty, A1 illegally found in possession of 1 kg of Ganja. On enquiry he informed that he had purchased the ganja along with the petitioner. Further on confession, 15 kgs of ganja were recovered from the petitioner's house. Hence the law enforcing agency registered a case against the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and she has been falsely implicated in this case based on the confession of the arrested/accused/A1. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. The learned Government Advocate would submit that A1 was found to be in illegal possession of 1 kg of ganja and on enquiry he informed that he had purchased the ganja from the petitioner. He would further submit this this is the fourth application for anticipatory bail and the earlier applications filed the petitioner were dismissed. Hence ,he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Taking into consideration the facts of the case and that 15 kgs of ganja has been recovered from the house of the petitioner and there is no change in circumstances and after the dismissal of the earlier application, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
