Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction to call for the records of the 3rd respondent calling for appointment of Resellers invited through a press advertisement dated 30.07.2020 in Daily thanthi newspaper for the product of Furnace Oil, Light Diesel Oil, Bitumen, Hexane, Toluene and Mineral Turpentine Oil and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to allocate reservation for the schedule caste & schedule tribe category for allotment of dealership of Reseller.
