2. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners is also seeking direction to the first Appellate Court to dispose of the first appeal in A.S.No.98 of 2008 within a time frame. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in this regard.
