CRIME NO.119 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner, on his release from prison, shall stay at Chennai and report before Egmore Police Station, Chennai daily at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.9901 of 2021 on 09.06.2021 Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.P.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Clause 5(d) of the order dated 09.06.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9901 of 2021.

2. This Court, vide order dated 09.06.2021, directed the petitioner to stay at Chennai and report before the Egmore Police Station, Chennai daily at 10.30 a.m and 05.30p.m., until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed relaxing the condition by permitting the petitioner to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. Except the above modification condition, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 09.06.2021 stand unaltered.
