Comp. A.No.195 of 2022 in C.P.No.107 of 1998 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J This application is filed to invite claims from contributories of the company in liquidation.

2. In support of this application, the Official Liquidator has filed a report dated 31.05.2022. In the said report, it is stated that dividends were declared and disbursed to 26 ordinary creditors at 100 paise to a rupee pursuant to orders of this Court. After making payments to creditors, it is stated that a sum of Rs.40,59,191/- is available. Therefore, the present application is filed to invite claims from contributories.

3. Since a sum of Rs.40,59,191/- is available after making payments to creditors, this application is liable to be allowed. Accordingly, A.No.195 of 2022 is allowed in terms of the reliefs prayed for in clauses (b) and (c) of the application.
