2. Captioned WMP has been filed with a substitute prayer i.e., a prayer to substitute the petitioners viz., N.Renuga, N.Saravanan and N.Vignesh, minors represented by their mother N.Renuga in the place of deceased petitioner Mr.A.Natarajan.

3. Captioned WMP is not opposed.
