The instant Writ Petition has been filed for restraining the respondent from granting lease with regard to S.F.No.67 of Erumappati Village, Namakkal District for stone quarry contrary.
2. When the matter came for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. Endorsement to this effect has been obtained from the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
