Comp.A.No.199 of 2022 Comp. A.No.199 of 2022 in C.P.No.63 of 2013 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J Pursuant to order dated 18.07.2022 in C.A.No.199 of 2022, learned counsel for the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) filed a memo of compliance enclosing discharge receipts in respect of Master Policy Nos.GSLI/407861 and GSLI/407862. Both discharge receipts have been issued by the Official Liquidator for and on behalf of the company in provisional liquidation. The Official Liquidator has filed a report dated 18.08.2022 seeking orders in relation to the disbursement of dividend to the beneficiaries.

2. In the said report, the Official Liquidator has stated that he has received an aggregate sum of Rs.15,72,188/- from LIC and that dividend accounts should be opened so as to remit the above mentioned amount into such accounts.

3. Upon considering the said report and submissions of the learned Official Liquidator, the reliefs prayed for by the Official Liquidator under clauses (b) to (e) of the said report are liable to be granted. Accordingly, this application is disposed of by granting the reliefs prayed for in clauses (b) to (e) of the report dated 18.08.2022.
