This petition has been filed to set aside the order of Dismissal for Non-Prosecution dated 10.04.2023 passed in W.P.No.886 of 2020 and to restore the Writ Petition on the file of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this miscellaneous petition is allowed.

Accordingly, the order of dismissal for non prosecution passed in WP.No.886 of 2020 dated 10.04.2023 is set aside and the writ petition in WP.No.886 of 2020 is restored on the file of this Court.
