ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Court, by an Order dated 10.09.2020, had directed the learned II Additional Special Judge, II Additional Special Court, under NPDS Act, Chennai to dispose the case in C.C.No.74 of 2020, within a period of six months from the date of resumption of normal functioning of Courts.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court by the Registry that the learned II Additional Special Judge, through his letter in Dis.No.2004/2022 dated 25.04.2022, has prayed for extension of six months time, to dispose the case in C.C.No.74 of 2020, as directed by this Court.

3. As requested by the learned II Additional Special Judge, time granted by this Court is extended by a period of six months from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

granted by this Court and the learned II Additional Special Judge, II Additional Special Court, under NPDS Act, Chennai is directed to file a compliance report immediately after the completion of the proceedings.
