ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that based on the complaint lodged by one Sundari and Srilakshmi, the respondents are frequently calling her under the guise of enquiry and harassing her. Hence, the petition.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that no petition is pending against this petitioner and this petitioner is not required for any enquiry by the respondent police.

4. Since the petitioner is not required for any enquiry by the respondent police, I am of the opinion, there is no need for this Court to grant any direction to the respondents.

5. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal original petition is closed.
