O R D E R

The present writ petition is filed for a direction to consider the petitioner's application dated 23th December, 2013 for issuance of patta in respect of the plot purchased by her bearing plot No.15 to an extent of 612.5 sq.ft. out of 3350 sq.ft. together with building there on, measuring 1100 sq.ft., comprised in Survey No.131 in patta No.420 situate at Door No.66, Kazhiveli Salai, now known as V.P.K.Salai, Perungudi Village, the then Tambaram Taluk, now Sholinganallur Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

2. In respect of the same location, more specifically in respect of plot No.19 purchased by K.Harikrishnan, this Court passed an order on 07.04.2017 in WP.No.23664 of 2014. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that similar relief may be granted in this writ petition also. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Accordingly, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 23.12.2013 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
