This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioners.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that, on a complaint lodged by one Sulochana Raju, petition enquiry is pending in Crime No.50 of 2011.

4. In view of the above, the respondent Police is directed not to harass the petitioner. The petitioners shall co-operate in the enquiry. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioners against arrest.
