The reasons set out in the affidavit dated 26.04.2023, particularly in paragraph 3, filed in support of the miscellaneous petition, is extracted below:- "5. I submit that the notice sent by this Honourable Court to the earlier address of the petitioner's Trust at that time of final hearing of the Writ Petition was not brought to the knowledge of the present Managing Trustees or the Trustees. The notice seems to have been served at Revoor Padmanabha Chetty's Matriculation Higher Secondary School at Kaladipet, being run in the address given in the writ petition. As there was no Managing Trustee during the period of March and April, 2021 when the notice has been sent, there was nobody at that time to take care of the court proceedings."

For the above reasons, this petition is ordered and W.P.No.16469 of 2010 restored to the file of this Court. 31.10.2023 ssm Note : Registry to list writ petition for hearing on 27.11.2023. Let Pleadings be complete on or before 24.11.2023 with a copy served in advance upon the petitioner.
