This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 121 days in filing the Second Appeal as against judgment and decree dated 12.09.2023 passed in A.S.No.6 of 2021 on the file of Additional District Court, Hosur reversing the judgment and decree in O.S.No.84 of 2011 on the file of Additional Subordinate Court, Hosur dated 30.11.2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner/Appellant and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 121 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.

4. Post the matter on 25.02.2026.
