ILANTHIRAIYAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.7354 of 2022 IN CRL OP.9817 of 2022 SELVARAJ [ PETITIONER / ACCUSED ] Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] INSPECTOR OF POLICE, AMMAPETTAI POLICE STATION, BHAVANI TALUK, ERODE DISTRICT (CRIME NO.100/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition imposed that the Petitioner shall stay at Coimbatore and report before the investigation officer, Race Course Police station, Coimbatore, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, in Crl.O.P.No.9817/2022 dated 28.04.2022 and pass such further orders which is deemed fit and proper in the above circumstances of the case.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.C.RAMESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9817 of 2022 on 28.04.2022 to stay at Coimbatore and report before the Investigating Officer, Race Course Police Station, Coimbatore, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
