O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 31.01.2019 in C.M.A.No.2 of 2018 on the file of the Subordinate Judge at Tambaram by confirming the fair and decreetal order dated 17.04.2017 in I.A.No.684 of 2016 in O.S.No.72 of 2015 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Tambaram.

2. No representation on either side.

This Court sought status of the suit from the concerned Court and accordingly, the District Munsif Court, Tambaram by its letter in D.No.255 of 2024 dated 15.06.2024 submitted the status report wherein it is stated that the suit in O.S.No.72 of 2015 was disposed of on 09.01.2024, after full fledged trial on hearing the arguments of both sides.

4. Considering the same, as the suit itself was disposed of on 09.01.2024, in our considered view, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.

6. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
