ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the representations made by the petitioner starting from the year 2012 up to the year 2020 and to pass orders, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

The petitioner has submitted the representations before the 1st respondent with a request to remove the names of the respondents 2 and 3 from the patta and to issue patta in favour of the petitioner.

Mr.Arul Doss, learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of 1st respondent submitted that the representations https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
made by the petitioner has been taken on file and the enquiry has been fixed on 09.10.2020 at 11.00 a.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents. 4.
Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 1st respondent has already called the parties for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to conduct an enquiry and pass orders, strictly in accordance with law, based on the documents submitted by the parties. The 1st respondent shall give sufficient opportunity to the petitioner and the respondents 2 and 3 before passing final orders. The final order shall be passed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
