ORDER

The writ petition was filed in the year 2016. The order which has been impugned in this writ petition is only an order seeking for payment of arrears. There is no revision of the tax from the petitioner. The petitioner has to pay arrears for a sum of Rs.8,02,632/-. It appears that at the time of admission by an order dated 30.09.2016, the petitioner was directed to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/-. In case the aforesaid amount has been paid, the respondent is at liberty to recover the balance amount together with interest if any.

2. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellanesous petitions are closed.
