Prayer in W.P.No.6273 of 2004: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records comprised in the proceedings/guidelines for common entrance test dated 3.11.2003 issued by the A.I.C.T.E. For admission to Degree Level Engineering, Architecture/Planning & Pharmacy programmes in the Petitioner University and quash the same as ultra vires and unconstitutional and consequently forbear the respondents from in any manner seeking to interfere with the right of the petitioner to admit students, fix rationale fee structure etc.in respect of the various courses offered by the petitioner University.

Prayer in W.P.No.6274 of 2004: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records comprised in the proceedings / U.G.C. (Admission to Specified Professional Programmes) Interim Regulations, 2003 dated 17.12.2003 communicated to the petitioner by letter dated 24.12.2003 in D.O.No.F1-6/2003/(CPP-II) and quash the same as ultra vires and unconstitutional and consequently forbear the respondents from in any manner seeking to interfere with the right of the petitioner to admit students, fix rationale fee structure etc.in respect of the various courses offered by the petitioner University.
